The best ultra soft pillow I have had the pleasure to sleep on in this country. Feels like your head is encased in a cloud. Wonderful Microsoft pillow.

Very disappointed.
Very disappointed.
I ordered based on the content on the website, thinking I’d ordered a pair of pillows.
The order stated pillows (plural) and the photo also showed a pair.
When it arrived I only had one pillow and 2 protectors.
Very misleading on the website, and as it transpired an expensive purchase for 1 pillow
Very disappointed in being mislead
I asked for sample swatches for colour…
I asked for sample swatches for colour match which was very useful.I ordered a tablecloth and napkins in Amalfi style and they arrived the next day, paying just the normal deliver. The quality is fantastic and the service 1st class.Thank you,I would definitely recommend shopping with Richard Haworth.
Bad quality, used napkins, awful customer service
Ordered 60 napkins. They’re ok but 2 of them were clearly used (one had a green food stain on and one had holes in).
I complained as these are for my wedding and I was under the impression I was buying brand new linen. Jessica responded TWENTY days later asking me to return them so they could inspect them. They took so long to reply I don’t have time to return them and then wait for a decision before my wedding.
Spent a lot of money on these and they’re acting like it’s my problem! Would never use again.
Definitely not hotel quality pillow
Bought this after it was recommended as a pillow you can get in a hotel. Unfortunately, I’ve wasted money on a pillow which is really flat and of low quality.

It's incredibly bad quality
It's incredible, they are the worst towels that I have bought. They are not even worth £1. I advise everyone not to buy it. They are very bad quality, the Chelsea towels and the Luxus Pencil towels. Shame for selling these kind of products
Late delivery, wrong stuff, minimal contact!
We had three orders from Haworth, spending over £2k and it was a combination of deliveries to the wrong place, the wrong items sent but above all, quoted delivery times were never met and no emails sent informing us that stuff would be late, meaning we had to chase - we won't be using them again
Premium towels…
I ordered a number of Premium towels from Richard Haworth. Delivery was rapid and communicated to the door.
The quality was superb.
What most impressed me was the advice for care of the product, given AFTER delivery.
Impressive.
Purchase was easy but product poor
Purchase was easy but product poor. Hampton bedding was very thin, you could read a book through the fabric. I was unable to leave negative feedback, their Feefo feedback looks great!

Poor quality and service
Poor quality and service. Ordered box of embroidered slippers and the embroidery is very poor and does not look professional. Contacted the company who replied they are disposable and I should have realised. Now I’m being ignored with no reply to resolve this issue. Do not be confused by the marketing this company products as they are poor and expensive. Don’t waste your money dealing with them
Bought 10 pairs of slippers from them…
Bought 10 pairs of slippers from them recently. Nothing on the online description said they were single-use/disposable/not to be washed. So after one cool wash they were rucked up, unusable and had to be thrown away.
Asked the company for a credit note/refund and was told that hotels dispose of their slippers after one use and because they sell to hotels I should have known they were disposable. And because I bought the slippers more than a fortnight ago I was not entitled to any money back.
I disagree. If a site sells online to the consumer and the trade, their copy should clearly give care instructions. Other companies who also sell to the hotel trade (whose slippers are MUCH cheaper I should add) do so. This company is misinforming the consumer by omission. Lazy, or deliberate, it matters not.
Waste of money. Won't be shopping there again.
